01Who can use the BLAZE integration?
It's available now to BLAZE customers. If your stores run BLAZE, you can run BLAZE ECOM kiosk ordering on Giosk hardware.
02What syncs between BLAZE and the kiosk?
Menu, pricing and inventory sync from BLAZE to the kiosk, and orders placed on the kiosk flow back into BLAZE.
03Which kiosk should we start with?
It depends on your floor. The Giosk 32CF stands on the floor, the Giosk 32CW mounts on a wall, the Giosk 43W is the large-format wall option and the Giosk 32 Cash adds cash checkout. We'll help you map the mix to your floor plan.
04Can customers pay with cash?
Yes, on the Giosk 32 Cash. It accepts bills and can be configured with an optional cash recycler. Card payments run on EMV readers.
05Who installs and supports the kiosks?
Dispensify does. We ship, install and support kiosks nationwide, and we're your point of contact for the hardware.
