New financing path for kiosk rolloutsLearn more

Dispensary Inventory Management

Dispensify kiosks already run off your POS: same menu, same counts, no second system to maintain. Deeper inventory visibility is in development, and this page tells you exactly where it stands.

POS sync: what works today

Every Giosk reads from your POS through our integrations. Products, pricing, and stock levels come from the same database your registers use: there's no kiosk menu to build and no second count to reconcile.

Sell out of an item and it drops off the kiosk. Change a price at the register and the kiosk follows. In cannabis, a drifting count isn't a nuisance: it's a compliance problem. One source of truth keeps the kiosk honest.

  • One menu: the kiosk sells what your POS says you have
  • Sell-outs drop off the screen, so customers can't order what's gone
  • Price changes happen once, in your POS
  • Running now on the Giosk 32CF, Giosk 32 Cash, and Giosk 32CW

In development: inventory visibility tied to kiosk ordering

Today the kiosk reads your stock. The work underway is to make it tell you something back: what moved through each kiosk, when it moved, and what that means for your counts and reorders.

These are the questions it has to answer before it ships:

  • What sold through the kiosk versus the counter, by product and by hour
  • Which items sit untouched on the kiosk menu and should come off it
  • When kiosk demand should trigger a recount or a reorder

Why this page has no screenshots

Pages like this usually carry a polished mockup and a launch date pulled from thin air. We build hardware for a living. A kiosk either takes the order or it doesn't, and our software meets the same bar: it's real when it runs in a store, not when it renders in a slide.

It's the same standard we hold on an install: the crew leaves when the kiosk takes orders, not before. This page stays plain until the software is live.

What to do in the meantime

Inventory visibility will sit on top of POS sync, so the useful move now is confirming your POS connects. That review is short: your POS, your menu size, your store count.

If you're sizing kiosks at the same time, run your numbers through the ROI calculator. It uses our disclosed capacity model (68 planned self-service orders per kiosk per day after 15% headroom, plus 2.5 staff-minutes associated with each self-service order) so you can check the math yourself.

  • [Check integration fit](/get-started/integration-fit): confirm your POS syncs to the kiosk
  • [Run the compliance checklist](/dispensary-compliance-checklist-pos-kiosks-inventory): POS, kiosks, and inventory in one pass
  • [Read the multi-location guide](/multi-location-cannabis-dispensary-operations): keeping counts straight across stores
