The kiosk takes the line and the busywork: routine orders, payment, ID data parsing that can pre-populate customer information, and receipts. Budtenders keep the relationship work: education, recommendations, advanced orders, and selling.
Cash matters in cannabis retail, and cash handling is where most self-checkout fails the vertical. When configured with the optional cash recycler, Giosk 32 Cash can validate, store, and recycle cash within the checkout lane. Replenishment, reconciliation, and staff procedures still depend on the installation and operating workflow.
Who Dispensify serves
Licensed cannabis dispensaries in legal U.S. markets, from single stores to multi-location operators. Multi-location operators use Dispensify to standardize checkout hardware and workflows across stores.
Dispensify also provides dispensary IT services: network, hardware, and point-of-sale support for retail environments.
Integrations and compliance
Dispensify kiosks are designed to work with the point-of-sale system a dispensary already runs, rather than forcing a POS switch. Integration fit is confirmed store by store before an order.
Where configured, ID data parsing can pre-populate customer information at the unit. The staff member of record remains accountable for each sale under the operator's applicable workflow and state requirements. Dispensify does not sell cannabis and is not a dispensary.
