New financing path for kiosk rolloutsLearn more

Dispensary Kiosk Case Studies

The first cohort of Dispensify stores is being documented right now: instrumented before install, measured after, published with the operator's name on it. Here's the method, and how to get your store in.

01

The first cohort is on the floor

We don't publish numbers we can't defend. So there are no case studies on this page yet: there's a method, and a cohort working through it. The first documented stores are live now: kiosks installed, counters running, baselines on file.

Each study posts when the data is in and the operator signs off. Real store, real name, numbers straight off the machine. Until then, the page stays short. That's the standard.

02

What a Dispensify case study measures

A dispensary kiosk case study is an instrumentation job before it's a writing job. The kiosk stamps every order (scan, payment, printed receipt) so the numbers come off the hardware, not out of a survey.

Three metrics, same definitions at every store:

Wait timeminutes a customer stands in line at peak, baselined before install, measured after
Orders per labor hourorders out the door divided by scheduled floor hours
Reconciliation timeminutes to count down and close at end of day, drawer and cash recycler alike
03

What you won't see here

No composites. No 'a leading dispensary in a competitive market.' No 'up to' percentages with an asterisk doing the work. If a store's name isn't on it, it doesn't go on this page.

Cannabis retail gets pitched with borrowed numbers every day. We'd rather show you an empty shelf and a full method.

04

Meanwhile, run the disclosed model

You don't need our proof to do your own arithmetic. The preliminary planning numbers are a disclosed model, not results: 68 planned self-service orders per kiosk per day after 15% headroom, plus 2.5 staff-minutes associated with each self-service order.

Put your own counts into the ROI calculator. Want a second set of eyes on the math? Book a capacity review and we'll walk your peak hour register by register.

05

Join the documented cohort

If you'd rather be in the data than wait on it, put your store in the next round. Cohort stores run the standard hardware (Giosk 32CF, Giosk 32 Cash, or the Giosk 32CW) with a baseline taken before the install crew arrives. Not sure your floor qualifies? Start at are we a fit.

The terms are plain:

  • Baseline measured before install day, not reconstructed from memory
  • Every number your store generates, shared with you in full
  • Nothing publishes without your written sign-off
  • Your name on the study, or no study

Get your store in the next cohort

Book a demo. If the fit is right, we baseline your floor before a single bolt goes in.

  • Page-specific question
  • Current workflow
  • Store constraints
  • Recommended next step
